Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Product Selection
- Analyze daily sales data to identify topperforming products across various regions.
- Use Excel to organize data and identify logical product pairings (e.g. pools with costumes luggage with flights).
- Tailor recommendations for different regions ensuring that promotions resonate with local customers and market demands.
- Creative Email Campaign Creation
- Design engaging regionspecific email content that highlights hotselling products pairing items creatively to boost crossselling opportunities.
- Adapt campaigns based on regional preferences (e.g. local restaurant deals for specific areas).
- Stay deadlinedriven ensuring all campaigns are prepared and delivered on schedule.
- Engagement with Sales Teams
- Lead daily weekly and monthly meetings with sales teams discussing email performance product selections and strategic insights.
- Act as a key point of contact explaining the significance of specific products and how they align with consumer trends.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree or diploma
- Experience: Experience analysing data and Advanced Excel Experience

- Proficiency in Excel especially advanced functions (e.g. VLOOKUP pivot tables) to manage and analyze data.
- Core Competencies:
- Analytical with a strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
- Outspoken with excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead meetings.
- Creative and detailoriented with a flair for pairing products and crafting engaging regional campaigns.
