We are recruiting on behalf of our client a leading organization within the energy process mining and construction industries across Africa. They are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Inventory Administrator to manage and coordinate inbound and outbound inventory processes for their warehouse and workshop operations based in Jet Park Johannesburg Gauteng South Africa.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency in a dynamic fastpaced environment working with a team that values precision collaboration and continuous improvement.
As the Inventory Administrator you will:
Oversee the receipt of goods from suppliers ensuring accurate checking and receipting on Accpac.
Process supplier goods return notes and maintain communication with sales personnel about goods received.
Oversee and assist with loading/unloading deliveries and control customer delivery notes and invoices.
Coordinate all goods supplied internally and capture stock transfers for workshops and generators.
Upload transfer documents and generator supplier invoices
Update costing sheets with transfer and supplier invoice costs and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Place order requests from the Inventory Manager and coordinate biannual stock counts.
Support the workshop team leader with quotes and proforma invoices.
Facilitate and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries for warehouse and workshop operations.
