Job Description

Job Summary:

Rakuten is seeking a creative and driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team focusing on launching a new enterprise software product. The role involves generating leads and engaging with CISOs and CIOs of organizations with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to generate leads and engage potential clients at the enterprise level.
  • Craft personalized outreach campaigns targeting CISO/CIOs emphasizing the unique benefits of our software solutions.
  • Manage a mix of communication strategies with a focus on creative messaging over phone calls.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and goals.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in sales development preferably in B2B or enterprise software sales.
  • C1 English Level.
  • Proven ability to creatively engage with seniorlevel executives in largescale organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software preferably Salesforce.
