Are you passionate about the role of IT in driving business success Ready to make an impact in a dynamic energy trading and operations company Our 18month Traineeship Program offers an exceptional opportunity to kickstart your career at the intersection of technology and business.
Through three sixmonth rotations across ETRM IT and Operations Development youll gain handson experience tackle realworld challenges and develop tools that optimize our operations. By the end of the program youll have invaluable skills and industry insights to set you apart in the energy sector.

What You Will Do
- ETRM (Energy trading and risk management): Learn the fundamentals of energy trading and risk management gaining insights into market operations.
- IT: Provide daily IT support assist with IT security audit certifications and build a strong understanding of IT processes in a business context.
- Operations Development: Get familiar with gas and power operations and design tools to automate and improve daily tasks.
Throughout the program youll work on real tasks and projects and see firsthand how IT and operations collaborate to drive innovation.
Who You Are and What You Bring
Were looking for recent bachelors graduates or current masters students with the following qualities:
- A degree in Information Systems Business and Technology Industrial Engineering Business Administration Economics Applied Mathematics or a similar discipline.
- Strong academic performance and a solid record of analytical and problemsolving skills.
- A passion for IT and technology with some foundational knowledge or an eagerness to develop skills in automation and application development.
- A desire to work at the intersection of IT and business learning how both functions drive success in a global company.
- A proactive curious mindset eager to tackle challenges and contribute to team success.
