Roles and responsibilities
The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to Restaurant Name guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences. This role is part of the Waha Restaurant, reporting to the Outlet Manager
What You Will Do
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
What You Bring
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
- Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays of food and drinks, and move quickly around the dining area during peak hours.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations, such as resolving guest complaints or dealing with issues that may arise in the kitchen or bar.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage: A good understanding of the menu, including preparation methods, allergens, and drink pairings, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other servers, chefs, and management to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant.
