Job opportunity in one of the renowned CA Firms in Bangalore
Position Title: Senior Executive
Department: Statutory Audit
Location: Bengaluru
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Candidate with minimum 3 years of post qualification experience.
- Audit Support: Conduct statutory audits tax audits financial reviews and assist foreign firms with Dutch GAAPcompliant audits.
- Team Leadership: Manage an initial audit team under foreign firm guidance.
- Knowledge & Development: Develop Knowledge Management initiatives and draft L&D calendars based on skill gaps.
- Operational Excellence: Enhance efficiency with best practices maintain key documents and improve timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards implement QC checklists and benchmark procedures.
- Business Development: Support accounting advisory proposals market analysis and conduct client outreach.
- Project Management: Oversee timely project execution resolve conflicts and report progress to Engagement Manager.
Requirements
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (India or England & Wales) or Certified Public Accountant.
Additional qualifications such as Management Accountancy (CMA/CIMA) Company Secretary (CS)Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Relevant Experience: 3 4 years
Total Experience: up to 4 years
Good understanding and application of Accounting and Auditing Standards (knowledge of IndAS / IFRS / Dutch GAAP).
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (at least Excel and Word).
Working knowledge of basic accounting software.
Quick adaptation to Dutch GAAP and ability to pick up the working styles of foreign firms.
