Do you have a passion for quality control and precision in manufacturing processes If youre seeking a role where you can lead metrology innovate and optimize processes we are looking for a Metrology Coordinator to join Draxton in Lleida and contribute to the success of our projects.
In this role you will:
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the metrology team assigning workloads based on project demands and Engineering priorities.
- Ensure optimal condition and calibration of metrology equipment updating the MSA across various measurement and analysis processes.
- Collaborate on the development of new projects in Engineering Production and Quality and participate in internal and external process/product audits.
- Drive continuous improvement within the metrology department and in coordination with Engineering.
To be the ideal candidate youll need:
- A technical diploma engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in management software and metrology techniques (technical drawing CNC contactless measurement).
- Knowledge of foundry processes and client specifications along with skills in team management and spatial awareness.
