Do you have a passion for quality control and precision in manufacturing processes If youre seeking a role where you can lead metrology innovate and optimize processes we are looking for a Metrology Coordinator to join Draxton in Lleida and contribute to the success of our projects.

In this role you will:

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the metrology team assigning workloads based on project demands and Engineering priorities.
  • Ensure optimal condition and calibration of metrology equipment updating the MSA across various measurement and analysis processes.
  • Collaborate on the development of new projects in Engineering Production and Quality and participate in internal and external process/product audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the metrology department and in coordination with Engineering.

To be the ideal candidate youll need:

  • A technical diploma engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in management software and metrology techniques (technical drawing CNC contactless measurement).
  • Knowledge of foundry processes and client specifications along with skills in team management and spatial awareness.
