Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Operations Specialist to coordinate projects and optimize our operational processes. You will be responsible for translating ideas and needs into documented operational processes ensuring that our platform and operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role you will integrate various software tools manage and document processes and work closely with crossfunctional teams (engineering design marketing and customer success) to implement scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business and customers. Your ability to understand technology find the best tools and implement them effectively will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Management: Develop document and manage operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Software Integration: Identify evaluate and integrate software tools to optimize operations such as payment processing (e.g. Stripe) notification systems and customer management platforms.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects across different departments ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Communication Systems: Set up notification systems to inform stakeholders about sales and other key metrics.
- Customer Experience: Develop processes to link member reservations with their emails manage refunds and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Documentation: Translate ideas and needs into clear actionable documentation and operational plans.
- Technology Scouting: Stay uptodate with the latest applications and tools recommending and implementing the best options for our needs.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years in a Technical Project Management or Operations role with handson experience in software integration and process documentation.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web technologies and software tools with the ability to integrate systems (e.g. payment processors notification services).
- ProblemSolving: Proven ability to design creative solutions for operational challenges using available tools and technologies.
- Documentation Skills: Excellent ability to create clear concise documentation from ideas and requirements.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly.
- DetailOriented: Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- SelfStarter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment taking initiative to drive projects forward.
- Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about exploring new applications and tools to improve processes and operations.
