Job Description

Location: This role can be based in Wroclaw Warsaw or Barcelona.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executiveskilled in generating and growing new business opportunities for the desktop browser. As a key member of our team you will be tasked with identifying potential partners and clients across various verticals managing the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing and maintaining robust partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities:
    • Proactively research and identify potential new partners and clients within existing or new business verticals.
    • Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management.
    • Present compelling commercial proposals to potential partners.
    • Attend facetoface meetings and industry events.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (product legal finance) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with partners.
    • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners:
    • Proactively engage with partners to understand their needs challenges and opportunities.
    • Present the partners with the latest product development updates and identify the implementation strategy.
    • Become a trusted advisor and advocate for partners within the company.
  • Analyze partner performance data and identify areas for improvement:
    • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize revenue generation from existing partnerships.
    • Host periodic facetoface or onsite meetings with partners to analyze progress and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Analyze performance and drive partners growth and success:
    • Identify opportunities for maximizing revenue with upsell/crosssell opportunities
    • Execute strategic initiatives to increase revenue generation from existing partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape:
    • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in account management or business development roles (preferably in affiliate marketing performancebased advertising ecommerce or finance).
  • An entrepreneurial problemsolving mindset
  • To be comfortable in a complex selling environment with the ability to communicate with decisionmakers at many levels
  • Strong understanding of partnership management and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Datadriven approach with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fastpaced environment
  • Effective time management and organization skills to balance customer engagement deal closing and CRM administration

Ideal Candidates Profile:

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management or business development preferably within affiliate marketing ecommerce or finance sectors.
  • You must possess an entrepreneurial spirit excellent communication skills and a datadriven approach to problemsolving.
