Job Description:
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching identifying and engaging potential leads on Upwork. You will create tailored proposals maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and develop longterm relationships to increase our business opportunities. Your role is essential in bringing in new projects and helping us expand our reach on Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Identify Leads:
Search for relevant projects and job posts on Upwork aligned with our services.
Evaluate client requirements to ensure alignment with our offerings.
Identify potential leads by analyzing job descriptions client reviews and budgets.
Proposal Creation and Outreach:
Craft compelling customized proposals that address the client s needs and demonstrate our value.
Ensure each proposal stands out and is tailored to the client s requirements.
Follow up with potential clients as needed to move conversations forward.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Communicate effectively and professionally to build rapport and trust.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Pipeline Management:
Track all leads and interactions in an organized manner.
Provide regular updates on outreach efforts responses and conversion rates.
Continuously refine the lead generation process based on feedback and results.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation ideally within freelance platforms like Upwork.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong writing skills with a talent for crafting persuasive proposals.
Ability to analyze and assess client needs quickly and effectively.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with our industry or related fields is a plus.
Requirements:
Access to an Upwork account (or experience managing company Upwork accounts).
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Ability to meet weekly or monthly lead targets.
