Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our team in the Nashville office. In this role you will oversee the design client communication permitting and management of various commercial and residential development projects. You will collaborate closely with inhouse teams including civil engineers landscape architects and land surveyors to support clients in the public private and mixeduse sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Client Management: Lead and manage project design and client relationships ensuring successful project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team to meet project goals and deadlines effectively.
- Project Design: Oversee or perform the design for land development projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Attend meetings with clients reviewing agencies contractors and other design professionals to ensure smooth communication and progress.
- Additional Duties: Take on any additional related responsibilities as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Experience: 610 years of experience in site design planning and project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
- Project Management: Experience managing all aspects of land development projects including scheduling budgeting and client communication.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills selfmotivated and teamoriented.
