- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

- Effectively communicate the company s solution offerings to clients and prospects.
- Monitor and report on account performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions proposals and revenue projections.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in IT sales with a proven record of client acquisition retention and growth specializing in one or more of the following areas:
o ApplicationRelated Solutions
o Infrastructure/Network Solutions/Virtualization/Managed Services
o IT Security Management Solutions
Prior experience in direct account management preferably within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) or large enterprise accounts.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Selfmotivated proactive and goaloriented with excellent problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
