Job position Head Marketing (Abuja)
Job Summary
The holder of this role is expected to oversee all marketingrelated activities within the state with the endpoint of ensuring business growth and profitability. He/she will also coordinate branch operations that include office administration procurements adhoc staff recruitmentetc.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential prospects/clients and subscribing them to different HMO services/plans
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients while being responsible for sourcing new ones
- Achieve allocated sales revenue targets for the state
- Getting in touch with health care facilities that are only accredited by the scheme with the aim of providing health care services.
- Oversee the activities of field sales representatives within the state
- Double as branch manager in coordinating operational activities in the office that includes office and facility management facilitymanagement informal recruitment office correspondence etc.
- Conduct regular market intelligence activities
- Contribute to the development of various healthcare programs intended for clients
- Provide strategic leadership in business development and marketing activities.
- Identify develop or evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment objectives market characteristics and cost and markup factors
- Be the first point of contact with business prospects/clients within the state
- Analyze business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows working with developers advertisers or production managers to market the company s health plans or services.
- Negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Ensure all reports daily weekly monthly quarterly etc. are prepared accurately and submitted as and when due.

Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND in sales marketing business administration actuarial science or other related disciplines
- Between 35 years experience in marketing preferably in healthcare services
- Proven ability to effectively execute streamlined marketing activities
- Ability to analyze and understand marketing data and develop strategies from insights generated
- Proficient in English and the dominant provincial language within the state/region
- Ability to be flexible and prioritize in complex situations
- Ability to deliver clientfocused and tailormade healthcare solutions for businesses and individuals with the aim of creating longlasting business relationships
