Job Description
A leading specialty chemical polymer and rubber manufacturing company.
Designation: Head QA/ QC
Location: Ankleshwar
Experience: 18 plus years in the chemical polymer or rubber industry
Qualification: M Sc/ M Tech
Responsibilities:
Develop and Establish QA system to meet compliance with National and international standards.
Monitoring product compliance and deficiencies and suggesting solutions to identified product issues.
Investigate deficiencies (through statistical tools) and suggest improvements.
Monitoring of rework and suggesting suitable applications to liquidate.
Ensuring disposal of laboratory waste as per norms.
Annual budgeting / Capex for lab requirements.
Conduct Product and Process audits.
To act as a Team Member for TPM / ISO / 5S.
Disposal of nonmoving / slowmoving material in process.
Troubleshooting of processrelated issues.
Handling customer complaints and providing technical support to customers.
Vendor evaluations and Vendor Audits.
Ensuring the QC activities for RM inprocess materials finished products etc.
Responsible for inspection and testing of the products documentation and approval of inspection/test reports/certificates.
Handling Customer Audits at the plant to satisfy the customer requirements.
QA procedures to be followed and updated from time to time close noncompliances implement preventive and corrective actions update all documentation process including SOP / WI / Test Method Product specification continuously.
