Job Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our partners team. In this role you will manage important client relationships to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for allocated clients ensuring effective communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts by understanding client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer interactions sales forecasts and market analysis to the management team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profit and satisfy client expectations.
  • Continuously gather insights and feedback to support product development and innovation efforts.

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management sales or a similar clientfacing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client retention goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while building strong longlasting client relationships.
