Role and Responsibilities
- Develop strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a primary point of contact for allocated clients ensuring effective communication and resolution of any issues.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts by understanding client needs and objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer interactions sales forecasts and market analysis to the management team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profit and satisfy client expectations.
- Continuously gather insights and feedback to support product development and innovation efforts.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management sales or a similar clientfacing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client retention goals.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while building strong longlasting client relationships.
