Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Night Auditor to support our overnight operations at the hotel providing coverage during our team members annual leave.. In this casual role you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient overnight experience while delivering friendly and professional service to our valued guests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing guest accounts posting charges reconciling payments and generating daily reports in close collaboration with the Night Manager.
- Providing exceptional customer service during guest checkins/checkouts and assisting with inquiries at the Front Desk.
- Ensuring clear and effective communication of any issues during handovers at the start and end of each shift.
Qualifications :
During the night shift you will be working independently so previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred. Were looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Strong computer proficiency with experience in Opera Cloud being advantageous.
- A guestcentric mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
