Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and Night Manager you will assist in overseeing the efficient running of the Front Office department during the overnight shift (11pm 7am).
Responsibilities and duties (but not limited to):
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotels overnight operation maintaining guest satisfaction and the safety and security of our guests and the property
- Undertake daily reconciliation of the Hotels trading including the checking and preparation of reports audits and collating necessary paperwork
- Decision making in the absence of the Night Manager relating to any operational or reporting issues
- Support the Front Office team through effective communication
Qualifications :
About You
- The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
- Previous experience in a similar role or luxury hotel environment will be viewed favourably
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Valid (or willing to obtain) First Aid Certification and NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
- Full Driving License
- Full working right in Australia
- Working knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office programs

This is an overnight role with start time at 11pm finishing time is at 7:06am the following morning.
