Job Description
In this role you will create a welcoming experience for our guests from arrival to departure through thoughtful personable and genuine hospitality. Youll handle requests with a smile ensure accurate reservations and billing and play a key part in maximizing occupancy and revenue. Additionally youll manage phone calls coordinate transportation and luggage services recommend local attractions and assist with portering duties as required.

- Available to work within a rotating roster including weekends holidays and nights
