Position: MaintenanceManager
Location: Liverpool England

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans at local level.
- Maintain a CMMS program at local level.
- Identify and maintain Stocks of Critical Parts
- Collaborate with corporate and local Engineering Department in the design of new lines modifications and optimization of equipment and auxiliary systems.
- Leading coaching and developing maintenance department
- Providing health and safety practices within the site
- Managing KPIs
- Manage contractors and suppliers
- Manage maintenance and CAPEX budgets
- Collaborate in the development of production processes procedures and instructions ensuring maximum efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher National Diploma or higher
- Management experience of engineering maintenance teams (5 years)
- Essential experience in the food industry
- Nebosh or IOSH Qualified and Practiced are desired
- Knowledge and experience in optimization of facilities and Processes
- Customeroriented and with good leadership and planning ability
