Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are committed to driving innovation and providing outstanding services to our customers. Were looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us expand our digital presence.

Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in planning executing and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance brand awareness drive traffic to our digital platforms and generate highquality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels including social media search engines email and display advertising.

Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic search rankings and maximize ROI on paid search campaigns.

Create and optimize engaging content for social media website and email marketing to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor analyze and report on key performance metrics for digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other data sources.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends customer needs and campaign opportunities.

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns including audience segmentation automation and performance tracking.

Manage social media accounts including scheduling posting engagement and growth strategies.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends new tools and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing Business Communications or a related field.

2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Blueprint or similar.

Experience with A/B testing conversion rate optimization or lead generation.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills.
