SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review the Request for Quote (RFQ) received from Emerson locations across Europe.
- Identify customer needs understand basic technical requirements liaise with customers sales teams and factories (as needed) and determine the corresponding product to be offered
- Configure the products to validate the model number confirm price and lead time
- Create a quote in Oracle/MyEmerson and submit the proposal to customers on time technically and commercially accurate
- Verify that purchase orders are in accordance with the offered technical proposal and commercial terms. Help resolve any technicalrelated issues that may occur with the customer
- Assist other departments in solving low technical complexityrelated issues on existing quotes and associated orders
- Specify a delivery time for the selected products.
- Act as a liaison between sales offices factories customers.
- Provide general support for sales offices.
- Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of products and applications.
- Drawup specific activity reports.
- Occasionally engage with customers communicating in a professional manner with the highest standards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Engineering (Process Engineering);
- 13 years experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment (technical support quotations technical sales);
- Languages: French & English advanced level;
- PC skills: MS Office Internet.
