About the department:
The Finance department is dedicated to supporting our company through a range of financial tasks including handling payables and receivables managing reimbursements and addressing all financialrelated issues.
About the role:
We are looking for a new colleague with enthusiasm for numbers. You have a structured and accurate way of working. AsAccounts Receivables you will have a chance to broaden your accounting knowledge and be a part of fast growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile shipment with customer GR before issue VAT invoice ensure timely issue VAT invoice to avoid collection delay.
- Data validation among SO PO and DN.
- Coordinate with sale team logistic team and customer for any unreconcile item.
- Submit and record of invoices to Clients Credit Note and Debit Note.
- Ensure the correct accounting treatment of invoices to Clients.
- Followup of accounts receivable (Cleaning collection and maintenance).
- Prepare AR analysis report/ sales related report.
- Preparation of cash receipts for customer collection according to movements reported by the Treasury.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor degree or above majored in accounting or economies.
- 13 years in Accounts Receivable is preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft offices.
- Knowledge in Spain Accounts and tax laws; familiar with SAP system is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Nice to have:Certificate of 33% disability.
