Job Description

Location:
UK Wide though main contracts will be London Kent Ledbury Magor and Herefordshire.

Summary:
The Territory Manager is a senior leader within the NSI UK O&M business accountable for the overallexecution and growth of water and wastewater service delivery contracts and projects within theterritory. Managing a diverse and remote team they are responsible for meeting HSE financialoperational and growth KPIs set by the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and promote safety leadership in all aspects of the Companys business.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures legislative requirements and acts as a role model forthe Companys values and behaviours.
  • Lead coordinate motivate and develop the respective teams to achieve the overall objectives.
  • Ensure the effective execution of contracts within the Territory. Define the organisation andresources required by working closely with various internal departments.
  • Develop initiatives for growth and optimisation of the P&L in order to meet financial targets.
  • Define and execute an effective strategy for commercial risk ensuring all contractualrequirements and KPIs are met.
  • Monitor performance and ensure the continuous optimisation of processes and equipment incollaboration with the Technical Department.
  • Works in close collaboration with the sales team on new opportunities whilst promoting thewider group offerings.
  • Lead the mobilisation of new contracts in collaboration with the Technical Department.
  • Develop and execute an effective contract retention and renewal strategy.
  • Continuously assessing and improving operational processes and practices.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance maintenance activities andbudget utilisation.
  • Implementing quality control measures to ensure services meet or exceed standards andcustomer expectations.
  • Managing equipment and infrastructure repair maintenance and replacement to ensurereliability and efficiency.

Required Skills/Qualifications (Essential):

  • Understanding of water and wastewater treatment
  • At least 510 years of management experience
  • Experience in managing large (>20FTE) multidisciplined teams
  • Operational management experience
  • Appreciation of business strategy development and delivery
  • Appreciation of service delivery commercial risks and management strategies
  • Ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders and levels of the internal and external organisations
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and experience
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to lead change
  • Strong management skills
  • Ability to assert and influence

    Required Skills/Qualifications (Desirable):

    • Degree and postgraduate qualification in relevant Engineering and/or water treatment
    • NEBOSH HSE Certificate
    • Other qualifications in HSQE leadership project management incident investigation auditingare beneficial

    Working for us means:

    • The salary is between 50000 & 60000 per year depending on your professional experience.
    • Bonus up to 20%.
    • Company Car or Car Allowance
    • Holidays 25 days 8 statutory
    • Probationary Period 6 months.
    • Pension Can join immediately or auto enrolled after 3 months Employee 4.5% and Employer 4.5% via salary sacrifice.
    • Eligible to join Private Healthcare after successfully completing probation.
    • Enrolled in Group Income Protection and Death in Service (4 x basic salary) upon commencement of employment.
    • Notice 1 month during probation increasing to 3 months thereafter.
