The Shock Organ Dysfunction and Resuscitation Group is an integral and innovative research in the areas of shock acute respiratory failure acute renal failure organ dysfunction resuscitation and monitoring the patient in critical condition. In addition the research group is particularly interested in applying artificial intelligence as a tool to achieve innovative solutions to critical ill patients.
The Shock Organ Dysfunction and Resuscitation Group at Vall dHebron Hospital wants to incorporate into its team one research Clinical Trials Assistant to give support on specific tasks.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Certificate of Higher Education (CFGS/FPII): preferably within administration area.
Desired:
- Fluency in Catalan Spanish and English (business level).
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Specific training and /or experience in administrative management of clinical trials (CTA) and research projects.
- Good command of MS Office and other computer toolsPersonal skills: wellorganised ability to work responsibly and with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Provide general administrative support to the clinical team organizing meetings and emails.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to ethics committees.
- Proven experience in organizing and coordinating events particularly those related to academic or research purposes including fellowship visits conferences seminars and workshops.
- Comfortable representing the unit and serving as the first point of contact for fellowship candidates and external visitors
Labour conditions:
- Fulltime position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: immediate
- Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale.
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project.
