The Role
About Us: Compass Project Consulting is a leading consultancy firm specializing in construction project management and built environment solutions. Known for our commitment to quality and client satisfaction we bring strategic insights and innovative solutions to complex projects across the GCC and beyond. We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team and drive our financial strategy forward. The Role: As Finance Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing the companys financial health and ensuring the integrity of financial information. Reporting directly to the Finance Director you will lead a team of 6 finance professionals overseeing key functions such as budgeting financial reporting forecasting and compliance. This role will require strong leadership skills strategic insight and a deep understanding of finance within the consulting or construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 6 finance professionals fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Oversee the preparation of financial statements management accounts and other reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop and manage budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes to support business goals and inform strategic decisions. Monitor financial performance analyze variances and provide actionable insights to support operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with financial regulations standards and best practices including audit requirements. Collaborate with the Finance Director and senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives. Implement and optimize financial controls policies and procedures to enhance overall financial governance. Support adhoc financial projects including risk management cost analysis and revenue optimization initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; a masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA ACCA) is highly preferred. Minimum 1215 years of experience in finance with at least 45 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of financial management within consulting construction or project management sectors. Proven experience in managing budgets financial forecasting and variance analysis. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset. Strong communication and leadership abilities capable of guiding and developing a team. Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
