37.5 hours: 8:45 am 5:15 pm
We are looking for experienced Telesales staff to joina dynamic team of digital marketing enthusiasts committed to helping the growth of small to mediumsized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Cold Calling: Engage in highvolume cold calling to connect with businesses and introduce them to our industryleading digital marketing services.
- Client Acquisition: Drive new business by effectively communicating the value of our services and converting leads into clients.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Calendar & CRM Management: Maintain and manage calendars CRM systems and email communication to ensure a smooth sales process and followup.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share insights strategies and best practices to maximize results.
Required Skills:
- Confident Communicator: You possess the ability to engage and persuade business owners and decisionmakers confidently.
- Strong Work Ethic: You are driven selfmotivated and have a relentless desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Direct Approach: Youre comfortable with a direct nononsense approach to outbound sales.
- Organisational Excellence: You excel at managing your time tasks and client interactions effectively ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
