The Role

Provides comprehensive support across teamwear apparel collections for all aspects of apparel development to achieve delivery and quality in line with business expectations. Understands and adheres to key dates and gates so that orders can be placed ontime and according to the seasonal calendar.

Responsibilities

Provides team support to ensure the successful completion of delivery priorities across the teamwear department.
Meets output of work requests within the critical path framework raise delay concerns to line Manager and developers in a timely manner ensuring impact to delivery can be minimised
Works alongside senior developers throughout the product development cycle ensuring Castore quality and fit standards are achieved.
Provides department support in all areas from supplier communication record keeping filing systems movement of samples and sample storage
Responsible for the accuracy of information and timeliness within tech pack files and department tracking tools when assisting with processing of information
Ensures information distributed externally is clear accurate and contains the necessaryinformation for ease of understanding by factories.
Ensures daily parcel deliveries are collected and distributed in a timely manner supportswith outbound postal of samples and information to external vendors/suppliers.
Builds effective working relationships crossfunctionally liaising with peer groups across the business.
Develops strong relationships with factory partners suppliers and external colleagues attending weekly supplier meetings teams call and engaging telephone calls when required.
Gains awareness of the seasonal product costing process and understanding of FOB prices and business margin targets.

Skills & Qualities

Knowledge and Experience:

A relevant fashion or textile degree is preferred but not essential.

Computer literacy basic Excel Word Outlook Adobe Illustrator (preferred but training can be provided).

Good planning and organisation skills with the ability to ensure information facts and figures are accurate and free from mistakes.

Experience working with people or within a team.

Working within strict deadlines and able to be adaptive to changes.

Personal Qualities:

Requires excellent interpersonal skills must be approachable personable with a positive attitude willing to help and provide support as needed.

Excellent written Communication ability to present ideas on paper clearly concisely and accurately.

Highly motivated organised and disciplined.

Ability to analyse data and use as a basis to solve problems.

Flexible approach and willingness to further learn.

Ability to travel and work effectively across multiple cultures as and when required.
