Job Description
• Site Deployment and Setup:
a. Coordinate with software development team and technical teams to ensure proper installation and setup of the glass furnace refractories monitoring software.
b. Ensure proper connectivity between site systems (SCADA/PLC/DCS) and the monitoring software.
c. Assist in configuration calibration and testing of software to ensure accurate data collection and performance monitoring.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
a. Monitor the system performance postdeployment and troubleshoot any technical issues related to software hardware or connectivity.
b. Work closely with the software development team to resolve bugs or performance issues.
c. Perform system diagnostics to ensure the accuracy of the monitoring data.
• Training and Support:
a. Provide technical training and support to onsite teams to ensure the effective use of the monitoring software.
b. Develop user guides and operational procedures for site personnel.
• Continuous Improvement:
a. Collect feedback from users to improve the software’s functionality and ease of use.
b. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to suggest system enhancements and updates.
• Documentation:
a. Maintain detailed logs of software deployment issues encountered troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
b. Prepare weekly reports to update management on software performance and system health.
