Job Description
As a Product Owner Platform you will:
- Lead the development and improvement of a highimpact platform that supports analytics models aimed at financial crime detection.
- Oversee a multidisciplinary squad including Data Engineers Power BI Engineers Test Automation Engineers and an Analytics Translator within the Transaction Monitoring ecosystem.
- Ensure platform robustness and futurereadiness by enhancing data quality and implementing a data control framework.
- Balance detailed technical oversight with strategic modelwide implications collaborating closely with other squads and stakeholders to align goals and quarterly planning.
- Foster a transparent and cooperative team environment focusing on open communication and proactive coaching.
What You Bring to the Table:
- An academic degree in a technical field such as computer science mathematics econometrics or a related discipline.
- 5 years in a Product Owner Project Manager or similar IT role ideally within a platformdriven financial crime or detection environment.
- Proven experience leading and developing technically skilled IT squads with the ability to foster team collaboration and productivity.
- Strong understanding of tools such as PySpark Databricks and Azure DevOps with confidence in discussing technical details with engineering team members.
- Effective communication skills with an emphasis on clear topdown updates and status reports.
You should possess the ability to:
- Set and manage priorities driving your squad toward achievable quarterly objectives and timely risk management.
- Lead discussions that bridge technical requirements with broader platform implications ensuring alignment across model stakeholders.
- Exhibit proactive problemsolving independently identifying and acting on opportunities to enhance platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners Tech Leads and management to shape the platform s vision within a dynamic and expanding model landscape.
