Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled UKG Workforce Management Specialist with 57 years of experience in the UKG WFM space specifically with handson experience in UKG WFM Pro and Dell Boomi integrations. The ideal candidate will be adept in designing building and configuring applications to align with business processes effectively managing enhancement requests and providing expertise and guidance across the workforce management ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
UKG WFM Pro Expertise:
- Leverage advanced knowledge and experience with UKG WFM Pro to configure and optimize applications according to business requirements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in UKG WFM offering insights guidance and recommendations for best practices and enhancements.
- Leverage advanced knowledge and experience with UKG WFM Pro to configure and optimize applications according to business requirements.
Dell Boomi Integration:
- Utilize handson experience with Dell Boomi to design and implement integrations for UKG WFM Pro.
- Ensure smooth and efficient data flow between UKG WFM and other systems through Dell Boomi connectors and configurations.

Application Design and Configuration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand user requirements then design build and configure UKG WFM applications and workflows to meet these needs.
- Enhance system functionalities based on business demands and support ongoing improvements and optimizations.

Testing and Implementation:
- Execute the necessary testing protocols to ensure highquality application performance and adherence to requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of approved requirements ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and change management processes utilizing tools like SERVICENOW and JIRA.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams providing subject matter expertise troubleshooting and recommendations for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 57 years in UKG WFM with demonstrated expertise in UKG WFM Pro.
- Integration Skills: Strong handson experience with Dell Boomi for integration projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in designing configuring and implementing application workflows in alignment with user requirements.
- Process Management Tools: Familiarity with SERVICENOW and JIRA for tracking managing and implementing enhancement requests.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills to effectively convey technical solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.
Additional Desirable Skills:
- Experience in other WFM tools and integrations
- Knowledge of workforce planning and optimization best practices
- Certifications in UKG WFM and/or Dell Boomi

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of hands-on experience in PySpark, Spark SQL, and Spark DataFrames. Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in data manipulation and processing. Strong knowledge of Apache Spark architecture and experience working with large datasets in a distributed environment. Experience with SQL and relational databases, including query optimization. Familiarity with ETL frameworks and data processing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Kafka). Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their respective big data services. Understanding of data lake and data warehouse concepts and best practices. Knowledge of data partitioning, caching, and other optimization techniques in Spark. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
