A Leading Technology based company is looking for experienced candidate in
Lead and manage the endtoend Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger and conduct monthly/quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Ensure compliance with Indian financial regulations including GST TDS PF and ESI. Take proactive steps to ensure timely and accurate filings and facilitate a smooth audit process.
Support the payroll team with salary calculations tax deductions and other payrollrelated matters ensuring full compliance with applicable labour laws.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders including auditors tax consultants and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with various functions to drive process improvement and resolve any financial discrepancies.
Manage monthend closures including reviewing and reconciling all accounts. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting providing leadership with uptodate financial insights.
Requirements
Solid experience with Tally for accounting management and advanced skills in MS Office applications (especially Excel) for reporting and analysis.
Strong understanding of GST TDS PF ESI and other Indian financial regulations. Ability to stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure company compliance.
Expertise in preparing and presenting MIS reports that drive business decisions. Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to leadership.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams auditors consultants and other external partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure particularly during monthend closures and audit periods.
