Position : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Location : Remote
Job Description :
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist will gather business requirements and design solutions while working closely with the Salesforce global team to implement value added solutions
Gather detailed business requirements and offer recommended solutions to Product Manager Marketing Automation.
Recommend and prepare documentation on best practices business procedures reporting configuration and master data maintenance that can be handled by super users
Familiarity with business case development process documentation delivery life cycle and change management in a matrixed and evolving organization business processes.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform expertise: Email Studio Journey Builder Mobile Studio Contact Builder Automation Studio Cloud Pages Einstein API integrations Marketing Cloud Connect
Working directly with key business leaders to fully understand business processes and how Salesforce can streamline those processes
Collaborate with other Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM Specialists and identify solutions to business challenges
Follow established governance processes and standards
Support business identify opportunities for process improvement and automation and strengthen best practices

Bachelors degree in technology business marketing or a related field
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Strong communication / interpersonal skills capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management
Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to deliver valueadded solutions
