You understand full cycle recruitment from placing compelling ads to making sure a new staff file is 100% complete.
Manage the hiring process for medical and nonmedical staff through sourcing interviewing offering and negotiating credentialing and onboarding
Use online tools applicant tracking system (ATS) Indeed SmartRecruiters and social networking websites like LinkedIn and Facebook for searching candidates.
Make calls in a friendly and professional manner to applicants and candidates during the onboarding process.
Assist with HR functions.
Manage your workload with the right balance of urgency and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort in learning new software and utilizing technology in an effective manner
- Confident people person
- Effective and efficient time management
