We re looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team and help amplify the efforts of our charitable partners. In this role you ll be the primary point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams playing a crucial part in processing donations managing our database and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for both internal and external fundraising inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer care ensuring donors feel valued and appreciated
- Collaborate with management and communications to create and distribute engaging donor communications
- Support the planning logistics and ontheday execution of fundraising and promotional events
- Maintain and oversee the donor database including training and data accuracy
- Assist the fundraising team with data input updates report generation and data management to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Stay updated on industry trends and fundraising initiatives to support team goals
- Take ownership of your role by contributing new ideas to enhance our fundraising efforts
Requirements
Passion for fundraising and a commitment to supporting charitable causes; prior experience is a plus but not required
