Job Description
- Budget Oversight: Create track and report on annual budgets ensuring they align with the school s strategic objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate timely financial reports for the school board leadership and key stakeholders.
- Cash Flow Oversight: Manage cash flow to maintain sufficient liquidity for daytoday operations and future investments.
- Audit and Compliance: Facilitate annual audits and ensure adherence to local regulations and international financial standards.
- Financial Strategy: Offer financial insights and guidance to support strategic planning and longterm decisionmaking.
- Cost Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate costs and identify opportunities to enhance financial efficiency.
- Accounting Management: Lead the accounting team ensuring accurate records and prompt transaction processing.
- Billing and Collections: Oversee billing and collections ensuring clarity and precision.
- Financial Policy Development: Establish and implement financial policies and procedures to boost operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor s degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 45 years of relevant working experience preferably in Education industry.
- Willing to travel to Sepang/ Kota Damansara.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with excellent interpersonal abilities for effective interaction at all levels of personnel.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
- Attention to details.
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with international education regulations and financial practices.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on problemsolving and decisionmaking.
At least Bachelor s degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Education industry.
