Product Manager
ProScore Technologies LLC is a leading provider of AIpowered workforce compliance solutions specializing in helping organizations meet the requirements of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and other regulatory frameworks. Our platform is designed to streamline and automate compliance offering endtoend solutions for employers in various industries.
Job Overview: As a Product Manager at ProScore Technologies you will lead the development and enhancement of our AIpowered workforce compliance SaaS platform. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to define product vision strategy and roadmap. Your focus will be on delivering innovative solutions that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with ProScore s business goals and market opportunities.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
Market & User Research: Conduct market research user interviews and competitive analysis to gather insights and validate product concepts.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch including defining requirements setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
AI & Compliance Expertise: Leverage your understanding of AI technologies and compliance requirements to drive innovation and ensure that the product meets the highest standards of accuracy security and regulatory compliance.
Customer Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer ensuring that product decisions are informed by customer feedback and that the product delivers exceptional value.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on product progress milestones and future plans.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5 years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering successful SaaS products. Experience in RegTech FinTech or compliancerelated industries is highly desirable.
Technical Background: Strong understanding of AI technologies data analytics and cloudbased platforms. Ability to work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements.
Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of workforce compliance regulations including the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) DOL guidelines and other relevant frameworks.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to completion.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering products that solve real problems and create value.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Education: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Business Engineering). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
