As part of the corporate development team this role will focus on supporting and executing the organization s M&A strategy working closely with leadership to identify evaluate and integrate acquisition targets. The M&A Manager will prioritize developing a robust pipeline of acquisition targets conducting financial valuations and leading due diligence processes to drive growth through strategic acquisitions. The role will also contribute to the broader corporate strategy roadmap execution and market growth analysis.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
M&A Target Identification and Outreach:
Build and maintain a network of bankers consultants and industry contacts to proactively source M&A opportunities that align with growth objectives.
Establish and update a qualified list of acquisition targets based on strategic fit potential synergies and growth potential.
Valuation and Financial Modeling:
Conduct financial analysis and develop valuation models to assess target businesses providing thorough justifications and recommendations.
Support deal structuring and financial negotiations ensuring alignment with strategic goals and shareholder value.
Due Diligence and Transaction Management:
Lead the endtoend due diligence process including coordination with crossfunctional teams (e.g. legal finance operations).
Collaborate with leadership to present findings address risks and support the decisionmaking process ensuring smooth transaction closures.
Corporate Strategy and Market Growth:
Support the corporate strategy roadmap for the business with a focus on defining the market size key growth trends competitive landscapes and growth imperatives and build a strategy roadmap.
Driving strategy execution with a focus on key metrics driving results and actionable agreed.
Drive engagements that require building new growth markets building partnerships and identifying JV opportunities.
Qualifications:
Master s degree in business or related field (Finance Sales Marketing) or another discipline of relevance
4 years of experience in M&A due diligence valuation and corporate strategy
Preferable experience in Electronics Manufacturing Engineering services or IT services
Proven track record in M&A transactions with strong skills in financial modelling deal evaluation negotiation and Strategy execution.
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
