Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project quality plans and procedures
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify and resolve quality issues
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on qualityrelated matters
- Monitor and report on quality performance and metrics
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on qualityrelated matters
- Coordinate with external quality assurance entities as required
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in project quality management within the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Quality management certification (e.g. Six Sigma ISO) preferred
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
