Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Quality Supervisor to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of all project activities including planning implementation and monitoring. The Senior Project Quality Supervisor will work closely with project managers and team members to develop and implement quality standards and procedures to meet project requirements and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project quality plans and procedures
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify and resolve quality issues
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on qualityrelated matters
- Monitor and report on quality performance and metrics
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on qualityrelated matters
- Coordinate with external quality assurance entities as required
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in project quality management within the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Quality management certification (e.g. Six Sigma ISO) preferred
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
