Job Description
The Reservations Agent is in charge of booking individual and group reservations in the hotel. Furthermore s/he is supporting the Reservation Manager in the daily tasks.
Tasks will consist of the following:
Handling of individual and group reservations.
Handling of commission inquiries
Managing third party websites
Replacing the Revenue Manager during absence
Creation of Rate Codes.
Creation of Standard Procedure Instructions
Qualifications :
- Work experience in a similar field is preferable;
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language is preferable;
- Good knowledge of Opera Cloud;
- Service & guest orientated;
- Able to work well in a team and independently;
- Good knowledge of Word/Excel/Powerpoint;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Flexible organized creative and enthusiastic.
