Are you a problem solver with a passion for customer service We are hiring a RomanianSpeaking Support Agent in Sofia to join a global company known for its outstanding customer engagement services. Youll be working on an exciting project for a major international client in the tobacco industry providing topnotch support to Romanianspeaking customers. Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Assist with product questions technical issues and order tracking.
- Manage complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Keep customer records updated and collaborate with the team.
Your Profile:
- Native Romanian speaker with C1level English.
- Prior experience is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to move to Sofia and start ASAP.
- EU citizenship or valid residence card.
