- Engage Players: Present all games in a professional manner showcasing your exceptional presenting skills in line with company expectations.
- Technical Proficiency: Maintain a high level of technical skill in all games and ensure your performance aligns with company brand guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the companys growth and continuous improvement plans helping to shape the future of the company.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Turkish (C2) and fluent in English (C1) both oral and written.
- Exceptional Presentation Skills: A natural ability to engage and entertain an audience with confidence.
- Energy & Enthusiasm: A positive outgoing personality and the ability to maintain high energy levels throughout the games.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and commit to a 24/7 service pattern.
- Reliability: Excellent timekeeping attendance and dependability.
- People Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills for customerfacing interactions.
- Composure Under Pressure: Ability to think quickly stay calm and maintain accuracy and discretion under pressure.
