Take ownership
Your mission is to keep our users compliant to bunqs policies and the law while investigating any potential deviations As our Customer Guide for Compliance Operations you will serve our users by taking ownership of:
Customer experience
Understanding and applying bunqs AML (Anti Money Laundering) guidelines when reviewing cases
- Reviewing user transactions including complex cases that need careful decisionmaking
- Process improvements to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
This challenge is perfect for you if
- You have a thorough understanding of AML EDD and Compliance Operations topics whether through previous experience or through your studies
- You have indepth investigation & problem solving skills and have a strong sense of ethics in line with our commitment to ethical financial practices and responsible management of our users assets
- You speak data and processes your accuracy and attention to detail helping you communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders
- Youre excellent at applying a solutionbased approach that puts our users first
- You are available for a minimum of 32 hours a week
- You are an effective and quick communicator in English
