Job Description
Looking for an exciting opportunity with a globally recognized company We are hiring for a RomanianSpeaking Customer Support Agent role in Sofia! Our company a leader in customer experience management partners with toptier brands from a variety of industries. Youll be part of a supportive innovative team working on a project for a leading global brand in the tobacco industry. Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone email and chat.
- Offer product assistance resolve technical issues and process orders.
- Manage customer complaints with empathy ensuring high satisfaction.
- Keep customer profiles updated and collaborate with internal departments.
What Were Looking For:
- Native Romanian speaker with C1level English.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and start immediately.
- EU citizenship or a valid residence card is essential.

This is a fulltime onsite role in Sofia with a starting date of November 25th. Work shifts are from Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m.) and weekends (10:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.).
