Job Overview:
We seek a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing Client.
The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying selling and renting properties and guide them through the complex process of real estate transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills market knowledge and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying selling and renting properties.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on market conditions prices mortgages and legal requirements.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and preferences.
- Generate leads through networking marketing and outreach activities.
- Prepare and present offers and counter offers to clients.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses.
- Work with a team of other agents and staff to support client needs.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of local and regional market trends.
- Negotiate contracts to ensure a fair and beneficial outcome for clients.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the real estate transaction process.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful sales (preferred but not required for entrylevel applicants).
- Strong understanding of real estate law and the local real estate market.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Selfmotivated driven and passionate about delivering topquality service to clients.
- A valid drivers license is preferred
- A valid real estate license is preferred
- Age: 23
