Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead the strategic vision and implementation of enterprisewide master data management initiatives
- Drive digital transformation through innovative AI/ML solutions and SAP MDG implementation
- Design and implement sophisticated data governance frameworks that enhance data quality and business process efficiency
- Build and nurture crossfunctional relationships to align MDM strategies with business objectives
- Develop thought leadership content establishing our client as an MDM innovation leader
- Create and execute implementation roadmaps that deliver measurable business value
- Lead quality audit programs ensuring highest standards of data integrity
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of successfully implementing MDM strategies in pharmaceutical environments
- Expertise in SAP MDG SAP S4 HANA and modern data governance frameworks
- Experience connecting master data solutions to business processes and analytics
- Strong background in P2P and OTC activities with deep understanding of pharmaceutical data requirements
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- History of delivering largescale MDM transformation projects
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree in related field preferred
- Python and SQL proficiency with focus on pharmaceutical datasets
