Your Impact & Contributions:

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of enterprisewide omnichannel initiatives that drive measurable improvements in customer engagement and business outcomes
  • Transform complex business requirements into actionable solutions by partnering with IT teams and thirdparty vendors
  • Drive datadriven decision making through advanced analytics and insights that shape future customer experience strategies
  • Build and nurture crossfunctional relationships to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of new solutions
  • Establish best practices for omnichannel data validation testing protocols and training programs

What You Bring to Succeed:

  • Track record of successfully leading omnichannel initiatives in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms and customer data integration
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data sets and industry regulations
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
  • Excellence in project management and crossfunctional team leadership
  • Background in implementing or working with CRM systems and data platforms
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field with 7 years of related experience
