What will your challenges be
- Responsible for the delivery of technical equipment
- Responsible for the quality of the technical teams deliveries.
- Defining the architecture and processes of the projects they are dealing with.
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the product or organization.
- Translating the requirements of the PO into simpler and more detailed tasks which they assign to the technical team.
- Implementation of improvements in functional requirements.
- Motivation of the work team.
- Maintaining the flow of information.
- Supervise the technical work carried out by the developers team.
- Resolving the technical doubts of the team.
- Define the most optimal methodologies and techniques to solve the appearance of technical problems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes tools and methodologies.
- Coordination and validation of the developments carried out by the team.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering product design and other teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Standardization of the implementation of methodologies to optimize the development processes.
- Control of processes and programming with the rest of the team.
Are you the one they are waiting for
- Experience: Previous experience of 5 years as a fullstack programmer. Experience in project management
- Education: University Degree
- Languages: High level of English & Spanish
