Job Description

Sales Engineer Elevator Systems
Location: Remote (based in West Poland)

As part of our clients exciting growth plans we are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team in Poland. Our client specializes in the design and manufacture of cuttingedge elevator systems and has experienced remarkable growth through successful sales in Poland and across 40 countries worldwide.

Position Overview:
In this role you will be a selfmotivated Sales Engineer responsible for seeking out new business opportunities while managing and nurturing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development and account management. We are looking for someone ambitious and eager to make a genuine impact within a small team helping to shape the future growth of the business in Poland.

Reporting to: Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the elevator industry.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with lift installers fostering account growth and new business opportunities.
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and encourage referrals.
  • Understand and address the specific needs of customers.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients as needed.
  • Provide financial and technical information related to elevator projects.
  • Monitor market activities identify risks analyze competitors and implement strategies to achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and news to remain competitive.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to expand your professional network.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a business development or technical sales role preferably in the construction machinery or building services sectors.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong empathy understanding and persuasive abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a processdriven approach.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for meetings.
  • Engineering qualification is preferred.
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
