- We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Estimator Project Manager to join our growing team in the Concrete Restoration department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Review project plans specifications and other documents to develop a plan and timeline of work.
- Analyze and interpret project blueprints drawings and specifications to accurately estimate material labor and equipment costs for job forecasting.
- Communicate with subcontractors suppliers and vendors for scheduling
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction to project completion ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and communicate with clients subcontractors and project team members to meet project goals.
- Prepare preconstruction documents such as submittals schedules and meeting agendas.
- Prepare closeout documents such as warranties punch lists and closeout packages. Ensuring punch lists are completed promptly.
- Coordinate and manage all projects and activities including scheduling budgeting and quality control
- Generate monthly billings and ensure billing goals are met. Monitor and measure quantities to ensure accurate billings.
- Ensure that project documentation including contracts change orders and project reports is completed accurately and on time
- Facilitate communication between the estimator superintendent and foreman to provide comprehensive weekly job summaries for meetings.
Education & Experience
- Minimum education level of a Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
- The ideal candidate will have at least 35 years of experience as a commercial construction project management
- Understanding of construction methods materials and costs
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans blueprints and specifications
- Ability to budget schedule negotiate and control costs.
- A high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents terms and conditions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Specialty Contractors or a SelfPerforming contractor
- Experience in sales/marketing a plus
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Travel: Travel to and from job sites is required. Company will compensate for travel expenses if applicable.
Work Environment: As a Project Manager the employee will be exposed to an office and job site/field setting. Work environments may include but are not limited to seasonal temperatures high spaces small spaces loud and frequent noises standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day indoor/outdoor settings and areas close to traffic.
